Five apps that make things better

This week we focus on smartphone apps which make us better in various areas in our life. Thanks to them we can make better photos, make better cocktails, have better memory or be a better person. And as a bonus for you being so good in all these areas, we’ll add one really cool app which just makes Twitter better. So, let’s start :)

Pixlr-o-matic Pixlr-o-matic

Sometimes, we need only a little to make something much better. Photo effects are the perfect example of that. Pixlr-o-matic’s gentle touch can really make your memories memorable.

The Cocktail App The Cocktail App

Cheers.
Thanks to the fact that this app has a better design than most of other cocktail apps available out there, you’ll enjoy using it more and your cocktails will be better. And since you can even make cocktail choices based on the drinks available in your housebar, we can only advise you to use it with caution. Both cocktails and great design can be addictive : )

Virgin Unite Virgin Unite

The non-profit foundation which tries to make the world a better place has found a better way to keep in touch with you. No need to go looking for the good news and game changing ideas. This shiny new App beams them directly into your pocket. Nice, eh!

Flava Flava

Keeping memories of important events or moments makes your life more enriching. A better way to make sure that you remember your favorite books, places, photos, tunes or quotes.

Tweet Hunt Classic Tweet Hunt Classic

We love Twitter. And this app turns it into a game we loved when we were kids. It may not be a more productive way to follow someone on Twitter, but it’s definitely more fun.

Once again, thanx to Mattias Holmgren (http://www.morningdewmedia.com) for great music used in the video.
